I'm just finishing the second month of my 21 month bachelors degree program at Fullsail. It's been rough, i've missed alot of sleep, and lack a mentionable social life. But this is all I have at the moment. If i drop this school, or flunk out I would literally be on the streets, homeless with no way back to Nevada. But this keeps me resilient to growing weak in the face of challenges, this is my dream, and i have sacrificed everything i possibly can to get here. so there is no way I am going to flunk out of this school Period.

I bring this up because we lost another class mate today. When i started this degree we had over 100-120 kids in my psychology class. Now i wouldn't doubt if we have maybe 50. This isn't a school you put all of its degrees on a dial spin it, throw a dart and thats your degree. It took me 2 months of solid research and debating to choose this school for this exact degree. I think about what i've done to get here and look at some of the people that run around campus. You can see the kids that are in the same boat as me, they are serious about their work, but their not zombies. then theres the kids that mom and pop are paying the bills and i'm just here because it sounds cool and i get to make video games. it's kind of disgusting to be honest.

The friends i have gathered around me here are of the first group, we are hard working, and know how to have fun without being destructive to our futures. so when one of my friends switched degrees, i was saddened by this. Buddy i hope you have better luck with film man, because this school isn't going to get any easier
